This policy explains how AAAConfetti handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, request a quote or place an order.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, contact details, delivery address, order details and messages. For custom orders, this may also include project information and artwork you send us.

Shopify and our payment providers process payment information. Cookies and similar tools also collect information about your device and how you use our website.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer questions, prepare quotes, process orders, arrange delivery and provide customer support. We also use it to improve our website, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We may still contact you about your inquiry, account or order.

Shopify and other providers

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We share relevant information with Shopify and providers that help us process payments, communicate with customers and deliver orders. We may also disclose information where legally required.

We use Shopify Network Intelligence. This allows Shopify to use information about your activity with our store, other stores and Shopify to improve services, personalize your experience and support advertising. Shopify is responsible for certain uses of this information, as explained in its Consumer Privacy Policy.

Your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, receive a copy of or request deletion of your information. You may also be able to restrict certain uses or object to them.

Security and storage

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, although no system is completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Our store is intended for business customers, not children.
