Refund policy

Refund eligibility and any applicable return or cancellation conditions are set out in our Terms of Sale.

Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and relevant supporting information. We review each request before confirming any agreed refund and its amount in writing. A refund request or an unauthorized return does not itself constitute approval. Do not return any products without our written approval and shipping instructions.

We will issue an agreed refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 calendar days of written agreement. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
