Terms of service

These terms apply to business purchases from AAAConfetti.

Orders & payment

Your order confirmation sets out the products, quantities and agreed prices. Payment is required in full before production or dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Standard & custom cannons

Standard cannons come in predefined designs, sizes and fillings. Availability and production timing are confirmed for your order.

For custom cannons, the online calculator provides an estimate. The final price and specifications are confirmed in your quotation. Production begins after payment and your approval of the final specifications and artwork. Please check all artwork carefully and ensure you have permission to use any supplied designs or logos.

Delivery

We arrange delivery to your agreed address on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. If your order is for a specific event, please confirm the required delivery date with us before ordering.

Changes & cancellations

Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations require our written agreement and cannot be accepted for a change of mind once production has started.

Returns & claims

Products produced and/or supplied as agreed are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Please inspect your delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or defective. Include your order number and relevant photos, and retain the affected products and packaging while we review the issue. We will assess the claim and arrange an appropriate remedy where required.

Product use

Follow the instructions and safety warnings supplied with each product. You are responsible for ensuring the products are suitable and permitted for use at your venue.
